AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson showed me early on that they were fair-minded which was a relief. The car sales industry in general isn’t known for that and during this time of supply shortages and inflate they were fair-minded which was a relief. I wanted to purchase a truck under GMS pricing, otherwise known as GM Family First (employee deal). My dad retired from GM years ago and I’m eligible. But in today’s market, most dealerships are marking up purchase prices above MSRP and not accepting GMS deals. I called around several neighboring states trying to find a dealership that would do the GMS price. They are not bound by the factory to do those deals if they wish not to. The only dealership I found within 2000 miles of Las Vegas that would do the GMS deal was AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson. I went to the dealership to order the 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali crew cab in September of 2021. Nathan Babb was my salesman. What a pleasure working with Nathan was! Because of the chip shortage, wait times for delivery are crazy. But Nathan kept me updated the whole time on the status of the build. He was easy to reach by text and always answered any questions I had. If I ever buy another vehicle, I’ll be going straight to Nathan again. The truck was delivered in March of 2022 and I can’t be happier about it. The price was already fixed by the factory and financing was simple with no heavy push on selling other stuff. Kudos to AutoNation Buick GMC Henderson. They took care of me and showed their business model to be fair and responsive to the customer. More
