I took my car in for an oil change as well as a problem recently encountered with the radio. The oil change was completed very quickly and to my satisfaction. She stated that it was more than likely an electrical issue in the door. I'll take it back should it happen again. More

Over 2 months in the service department and could not fix the problem. I spent over $10K on their recommendations that did nothing.
