The contact with the salesman was very comfortable. I really like Buicks and have previously owned 2 others, In driving my vehicle I was at a stop sign and a car backing out of their driveway hit me. I really like Buicks and have previously owned 2 others, In driving my vehicle I was at a stop sign and a car backing out of their driveway hit me. I just cringed. To my surprise their was no damage to the car. It just seemed to have popped out. It made the lady that hit me very happy and also myself. I would recommend a Buick anytime. More

Easy to make appointments. Service advisor was quick to greet and get the particulars of my concerns. Truck was diagnosed and repaired within a couple of hours. It is very easy to make an appointment for service, and they will provide a shuttle if you need one. If not, you can wait for the service on your car in a clean, comfortable waiting room.
