I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning but got there a little over 30 minutes early. They still took me in at my time of arrival which got me out much faster. The contact with the salesman was very comfortable. I really like Buicks and have previously owned 2 others, In driving my vehicle I was at a stop sign and a car backing out of their driveway hit me. I really like Buicks and have previously owned 2 others, In driving my vehicle I was at a stop sign and a car backing out of their driveway hit me. I just cringed. To my surprise their was no damage to the car. It just seemed to have popped out. It made the lady that hit me very happy and also myself. I would recommend a Buick anytime. More
