Unfortunately, my experience with the service center at this dealership was less than satisfactory. I had booked an appointment on-line (for an oil change and tire rotation on my new, still-under-warranty this dealership was less than satisfactory. I had booked an appointment on-line (for an oil change and tire rotation on my new, still-under-warranty Terrain) for 8 a.m. on a Saturday. Upon arrival, they could NOT find my appointment on their iPads so I had to prove that the appointment existed by showing my email confirmation. After waiting nearly 2 HOURS for the service to be completed, I was told that they had NOT rotated the tires - despite that request showing in my appointment confirmation - and that there were several vehicles on the racks so they would not be able to perform that service any time soon. (However, they did suggest what I perceive to be a completely unnecessary alignment for $179.) I had also advised the service advisor when I was checking in that I was using a coupon from the dealership for the oil change and also wanted to use my GMC Rewards points (Platinum member) for the purchase. When I went to settle the invoice, none of these requests had been honored and the paperwork that had been presented for my signature all had to be completely re-done. Since I work full-time, I cannot return any time soon for the tire rotation and I am now heading out on a 3,000+ mile trip without my vehicle being completely prepared as I wanted. Having purchased 7 new GM vehicles in the past, it is disappointing to see the level of service declining over the years, and I hope this feedback can be acted upon to improve service in the future. Prices are fair and reasonable. The purchase process was fairly easy. However, the after sales customer service is extremely lacking. The radiator was replaced on my car. The service was completed in a timely manner. It seems that many times no one is designated to answer it when “service” is selected. I have been doing business with this dealership for 20 years and this has been an on going situation over time. Using the advisors cell phone number has made it better but they are very busy. I guess it would help if the dealership would advise the customer which method they prefer. More
