Basically they were no help. I have taken my car there once before for an oil change, took over two hours and tried to sell me a filter for over $200... will not EVER take my car there again. More
Was in for an oil change. A battery load test was done and it passed. 2 days later, the battery died and I had to replace it. If this is something that isn't cleaned during an oil change, then a head's up would have been appreciated. I was on a road trip alone and thankfully it didn't die in the middle of nowhere before I made it home. More
very happy with AutoNation Buick GMC and Denise is a grate service advisor. I'm starting to get concerned about the quality of the workmanship coming out of the shop. over that past couple years I've grate service advisor. Took my 2016 Cascada in for service yesterday due to a squealing sound I thought it was a defective serpentine belt. I was advised that it was the PCV valve assembly, and not a defective belt. They did not have the parts to facilitate the repair. They ordered the parts. I asked TWICE if I could safely continue to drive the vehicle prior to repair. They stated "YES". An hour later, both the check engine, and skid alert warning lights illuminated. I am afraid to drive the vehicle. This is Friday, and the part will not be delivered until Monday. I am not happy right now, More
