This was the fastest easiest car buying experience I’ve EVER had. No haggling, no pressure, no messing with the numbers. The price is it. They don’t add on a reconditioning fees, alarm fees, paint protection fees, or nitrogen fees, like other dealerships do. I had previously found a jeep Cherokee latitude at Prestige in Centennial Center on the north end of town . During the LONG process of trying to agree on a number we ended up not getting it. They wanted to add on a $1595 reconditioning fee (in which we had a trade in and they were taking $600 off the price they were giving me for the car to recondition the car before sale so they charge that fee twice), a $1000 alarm fee (for an alarm that came with the vehicle), and a $800 paint protection fee (for a used vehicle that already had rock chips). They absolutely would not remove those fees. So we decided to look elsewhere and came across Auto Nation Buick. Nathan Babb was our car salesman and he was very helpful with absolutely no pressure. They had this fully loaded 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited with less miles and more upgrades and it was in much better condition. It was such a fast process with absolutely no haggling (not even from the from the finance guy trying to talk us into extra plans to add onto our loan). They were all very professional and accommodating. No tricks with the numbers, no “let me go check with my guy”, no “tell me what you want and I’ll fight for you”. That is what we received from other dealerships namely Prestige. The process was so fast that the paperwork was done and we were through finance with Derek Metoyer (great guy) before the vehicle was even finished being prepped and gassed for us. I highly recommend Auto Nation. I will definitely use them in the future. More

Jose Torres quickly identified my GMC Sierra truck issues and gave me the option to leave it with him and get things fixed or come back another time. I left it and got it back to the perfect running conditio and gave me the option to leave it with him and get things fixed or come back another time. We had a 9 am appointment for a complimentary 3 month oil change after purchasing the vehicle at the end of July. I thought the oil change service includes a tire rotation and safety inspection and I ment change after purchasing the vehicle at the end of July. We were told it would be about an hour wait. After an hour I had to walk out to the service area to see what was the status and was told it would be done soon. No one ever actually came inside to advise us on the status. At about 2 hours I walked out to the service area and they gave me the key and said it was out front. We headed to the vehicle and realized I had no paperwork and went back to get that. After leaving the facility, I looked over the paperwork and noticed that it indicated the safety inspection was not done because it was done 30 days ago? The car was purchased 90 days ago and I was looking forward to seeing what the recommendations were and if there were any issues. It makes me question if maybe, because it was the last day of our warranty, you didn't want to find anything wrong or that needed attention. This was our first use of your services and I was hoping for something better. I am concerned at what happened during that 2 hour period? I question if the tires were even rotated. The cost of maintaining a vehicle is costly and my time as well is important. We count on dealerships to provide efficient and honest service and recommendations. In this case, I feel we were let down. I was considering using your facility as my service center but the recent service has me wondering how I can trust your facility to service my vehicle properly. I’ve been getting my GMC sierra truck and other GMC vehicles serviced at this location for many years. Service is very thorough and I don’t have to wait long. I live 30-4in away but will drive to thi vehicles serviced at this location for many years. Service is very thorough and I don’t have to wait long. In 2021 my fan kept running when the car was shut off. I called service and was told this is normal. I drove to Flagstaff, AZ and was told the same thing at the Buick dealer. When I returned home the e I called service and was told this is normal. I drove to Flagstaff, AZ and was told the same thing at the Buick dealer. When I returned home the engine light came on. I called service and was told to bring it in. It was determined that the water pump needed to be replaced. I'm very thankful that I didn't get stuck on the road between here and AZ. I was given a rental car and was without my car for 2 weeks. When I picked up the car, I was told there was another part that needed to be replaced, they didn't have it on hand, but it was ordered, and they would let me know when it was received and ready to install. I called a few times to find out if it had been received and never received a response. I took the car in for an oil change and they notice that the water pump was leaking. They worked on it again but still did not replace the additional part. Moving forward to September 2022, the fan started running again when the car was shut off. I took it in and the part was finally replaced. Buick had my car for 5 days in which it sat for 3 - 4 without anyone looking at it. When I bought the car everyone was very attentive and told me how great the service department would treat me. That hasn't been a true statement as of yet. I hope this repair will last; time will tell next September. More
