I came in for an oil change and to have a long awaited switch installed for my interior lights. I was pleasantly surprised that from arrival to departure the work only took 2 hours as I had opted to wait switch installed for my interior lights. We went to this dealership at 9:30am with not clue on what we were looking for, Bob IIaconi greeted us. We previously rented a Buick Enclave, he showed us only what we specially were looking for, and wa what we were looking for, Bob IIaconi greeted us. We previously rented a Buick Enclave, he showed us only what we specially were looking for, and was not "pushy" at all. Still not knowing if the Enclave is what we wanted we left without purchasing. After 9 more hours of searching and multiple calls back to Bob, which he answered without a problem and still not pushy, we returned to AutoNation Buick and drove away with a 2023 Buick Enclave. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and polite. I would recommend Bob Iaconi and this dealership. Thanks again Bob!! More
