I am basing my review of this place on Denise Kipling in the service department. She makes this place and gives great customer service. I have got to the stage now that if she is not there I am not trusting the service department. She makes this place and gives great customer service. I just hope GMC are using her to train others and have everyone offering the same top class service that she offers. I always feel confident of putting my car in her hands for service and just know that there is not going to be any problems and best of all she has a great positive attitude which is friendly, relaxed and engaging. I came in for an oil change and to have a long awaited switch installed for my interior lights. We went to this dealership at 9:30am with not clue on what we were looking for, Bob IIaconi greeted us. We previously rented a Buick Enclave, he showed us only what we specially were looking for, and wa what we were looking for, Bob IIaconi greeted us. After 9 more hours of searching and multiple calls back to Bob, which he answered without a problem and still not pushy, we returned to AutoNation Buick and drove away with a 2023 Buick Enclave.
