Every time I go in for service, It’s easy and quick! Jose in service is amazing and is completely honest! I’ve never loved going in for service on my truck because I was afraid they would always try and Jose in service is amazing and is completely honest! I am basing my review of this place on Denise Kipling in the service department. She makes this place and gives great customer service. I have got to the stage now that if she is not there I am not trusting the service department. She makes this place and gives great customer service. I have got to the stage now that if she is not there I am not trusting anyone else because I have been so disappointed in the past. I just hope GMC are using her to train others and have everyone offering the same top class service that she offers. I always feel confident of putting my car in her hands for service and just know that there is not going to be any problems and best of all she has a great positive attitude which is friendly, relaxed and engaging.
