I couldn’t believe how bad the service was here. My car was there for a month. For a warranty check and to check the ac. They lost my key to my car, then didn’t even tell me until I called to check My car was there for a month. For a warranty check and to check the ac. The worst I have ever had from any dealership in my life. I had to get the store GM involved to help move things along. I will not be going back to this place. I am thankful that the GM was great! Who knows how long my car would have been there if I didn’t get him involved. More

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. The quality of service has diminished in my opinion. I went in for a routine Oil change. After my service was complete I brought my vehicle home and The quality of service has diminished in my opinion. I went in for a routine Oil change. After my service was complete I brought my vehicle home and performed a self inspection. I checked for leaks and to make sure everything was tight. IT WAS NOT. My oil drain plug was finger tight and already begun to drip oil 20 minutes after I brought it home. I am really disappointed and will not recommend this dealership service department. More
