I purchased in 2019 an Acura ILX model, I am very happy with it. The sales staff were accommodating and knowledgeable. Mainly due to COVID 19 my mom was not driving her Acura. I used a battery charger to keep the car battery charged. It was about 2 months since I charged the battery. When I went to open the car door with t I used a battery charger to keep the car battery charged. It was about 2 months since I charged the battery. When I went to open the car door with the car keys the door would not unlock. I set up a service appointment. Took her car in to run a diagnostic. I used Lyft to get home to wait for the results. After a couple of hours I got a text that their diagnostics found nothing wrong. I took Lyft to get back to the Acura dealership. I am so glad that they checked the car out. I was worried my mom would not be able to get around due to a dead battery. While I was picking up the car they printed out the radio code(which my mom could not find). Now I know all I have to do is keep charging the car battery. (If the charge gets too low I now have the radio code to regain access) More
