This happened a second time in a row when the dealership did not help except by responding to review comments with a generic reply. --> SAME PROBLEM WITH TWO SERVICES BACK TO BACK <-- I did my ACURA M did not help except by responding to review comments with a generic reply. --> SAME PROBLEM WITH TWO SERVICES BACK TO BACK <-- I did my ACURA MDX serviced at this location. After service, I did not use the vehicle for ~10 days ( which is very common for any vehicle). The odometer reading will show the vehicle was not driven more than a few miles. When I try to start my car, it did not start and seemed to be starting trouble. Exact same thing happened with my last service ~4 months back ( I posted a review ). After calling emergency road assistance ( though I am at home ) everything was fine. Talked to the dealership and they did not do anything except blame this on the battery problem. - It worked fine till the next service which happened ~10 days back. Please note, the vehicle can be parked for months and it will never have issues and that is why we have a battery. When this happens TWO times with my service, there is certainly something wrong with the service I get for which I paid close to a grand. Certainly not a good location to get the vehicle serviced and I definitely will move on from this location. -Nik More
