The sales person, Sergio, was good at first he was helpful but not pressuring. When we told him what we wanted EXACTLY, they "looked everywhere in the north state" and said they could not get it. They tried to talk us in to buying the tech package, which according to them was in ALL the cars available. When we got on the phone and called other Acura franchises we found what we wanted in other cities. It was only when we told them we would go there to buy the car that they amazingly found a car within one hour (and it was only 35 minutes away). The finance manager was really, really annoying. He took over 1.5 hours to fill out the necessary forms, and tried multiple times to sell us packages we didn't want. He kept lowering the price, and eventually we caved on a few. If we had bought them originally, I guess that would have meant we would have been fools. More
