Made an appt for my car since I had hit 5000 miles and was told that I could have waited. This was a little off putting since I have received 5+ emails from acura about being overdue for service. Went in for the appt and had the car back within 3 hours. However, I’ve gotten my car serviced here before and in the past, the cleaning was pretty spotless. This time, it was average and they missed vacuuming my trunk which was a bummer. More

Great service here, I've been here once before years ago and I'm glad to be back. The customer service here felt like a definite step up from another Acura dealer I used to take my car to. Thank you Giana Papagayo for explaining things clearly to me and being upfront with the price for things I asked for. The follow up while my car is being looked at was great too, and despite my concern being unable to be fully resolved, I was offered to have the tech come on a test drive with me on the wheel to verify my concern, and I thought that was just above and beyond. This is a much much better experience than just being shrugged off and be told my concern is "normal". Thank you Acura of Stevens Creek, keep up the great work! More

My experience at the service center was very bad. The person handling the service was absolutely rude and not interested in understanding what the issue was for which I had brought my MDX to the service person handling the service was absolutely rude and not interested in understanding what the issue was for which I had brought my MDX to the service center. The attitude was condescending and so I had to walk out of the service center without get the car fixed. This is my experience in-spite of having bought the car at the same dealership. Hope they understand how to handle customer and be more understanding when dealing with people in this tough environment. More
