I was contacted by the Title Clerk to let me know that in order to complete DMV registration of my CPO 2018 Acura MDX purchase to make an appointment for a Smog Test. Made the appointment and when I arrived, order to complete DMV registration of my CPO 2018 Acura MDX purchase to make an appointment for a Smog Test. Made the appointment and when I arrived, Randy greeted me in the service area and helped process the service order. He knew that I would be waiting and was happy to accommodate. The smog test was done and also noticed when I got the car back it was washed. Thanks! that was unexpected. Want to give a shout out to Wali (Sales) for coming out to greet me and check on the status of my service request. When the work was done, Randy found me and gave me my keys back and assured that all was well and the documentation can now be processed. Brought my RDX in for first service. I was at 8,000 miles and over six months since purchasing. I called the week before to set up appt. since the maintenance light had not come on. The young lady said "Definitely bring it in for your first service" When I arrived for my appt. Gianna met me and said "We will do the service this one time, and one time only because your maintenance light did not come on". This dealership needs a review of their service customer service. I had the time off during the week to bring my car in. Servicing should not always be about "is the light on", but what works for your customers. And then possibly say. "Of course we will take care of your first service" instead of making the customer feel bad about bringing their car in for service. Very disappointed. More
