The transaction was smooth until the vehicle delivery. The dealership was under construction, and my sales rep had parked the car near a tight spot infront of handrail that vehicle backup camera wasn' The dealership was under construction, and my sales rep had parked the car near a tight spot infront of handrail that vehicle backup camera wasn't able to detect. As a result, when backing out my newly purchased vehicle, my vehicle was dented. I reached out to management about my concern, then the sales rep called back to offer having the dent fixed. unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement (or proof of work) even though the dealership has their own collision center. At this point, I'm still waiting for management to offer me a solution to this poor customer experience. More

I have my 2017 MDX scheduled for service at Auto Nation acura at Steven Creek with Nicole as my adviser and considering my car is already 5 years old it was expected that some parts had to be replaced true acura at Steven Creek with Nicole as my adviser and considering my car is already 5 years old it was expected that some parts had to be replaced true enough she helped me prioritized which one should which one still acceptable with out compromising the safety of the car.
