I originally came in to sell my 2020 YUKON & met with Ali & Nate. Both were incredibly friendly & were quick with the appraisal process. I ended up walking out of the dealership without selling my car, but not before Nate showed us the new 2022 RDX & all its accessories. I instantly fell in love. I came back a few days later and met with Adarsh & Ali. I told Adarsh I saw used 2019 RDX that I was interested in, but sadly it was already sold. He showed me another RDX with a similar price tag but a better package. Took it on a test drive and went straight into running the numbers. Ali, Adarsh, and the Finance associate (Sal I believe?) were super informative of the car & warranties. We ended up walking out with our new car without any hiccups. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dealership, there wasn’t any up selling or haggling, which was a relief. Straight to the point & got us out of there in record time.
