AutoNation Acura of Stevens Creek provided a very easy car buying experience. The staff was very professional and not overly aggressive to sell the vehicle. This dealership parts and service department staff are far superior to the nearby Hopkins Acura. Hopkins Acura failed to obtain a catalytic converter for my Acura TSX for about 3 and a half months and cou far superior to the nearby Hopkins Acura. Hopkins Acura failed to obtain a catalytic converter for my Acura TSX for about 3 and a half months and couldn’t tell me when I could expect the catalytic converter. When my smog check was due, I became desperate and called AutoNation to see if by chance they could locate one for me. Ken at the parts department located one for me in a day. Service adviser Benny not only got the catalytic converter installed but was also able to get the car driven so that it could pass the smog check. I will not be using Hopkins Acura in the future. I will be back at AutoNation Acura for my services in the future. By the way, Hopkins Acura short changed my refund for the catalytic converter by over $100. If anyone from Acura headquarters is reading this, you may want to address Hopkins Acura. Their service department never returns calls either. More
