They added "optional" floor mats and wheel lock at $1500 as requirement. I told a sales guy that I don't want them. He said the dealer requires all customer to purchase them. It's not "optional." They didn't offer me Acura's financial special unless I asked and when I din't buy extend guarantee, a sales guy got very rude. He sighed, hit computer keyboards so hard. Also he took away a car body cloth as he said "it's a gift for you." And this guy cried how his previous work at BMW was nice. He is so disrespectful. I went there to buy Acura's vehicle. On the other hand, a guy who washed my car new car to get ready, was very courteous. I would buy Acura's vehicle again but not with Stevens Creek Auto Nation. More

The service rep (Benny Gomez ? , I remember) quoted us $800 for B1 service. We called Acura Fremont, and they charge $180 for it!!! I was treated exceptionally well, even though I was only in for a recall service. It was necessary to send Nicole back a few times to get more detail on recommended service.
