Have had many bad incidents over the years with service in my vehicles. I have 2 Acuras. I had an appt for A12 service and had made it as an appt to wait since I had to go to work. Was told it would be bet in my vehicles. I have 2 Acuras. I had an appt for A12 service and had made it as an appt to wait since I had to go to work. Was told it would be between 70-99 minutes. I got there in time and was told it would be 4 hours. I questioned it and was told there were other cars that were there first. Then DON’T make me an appt you can’t keep. Then I was going to Uber to work and when writing yo the appt was $200 more than I was told when I was in with my husbands car 2 weeks earlier. They even looked at my code. I left and had work done elsewhere. A big waste of my time! More
