I needed a new battery and the people at Acura Spokane Valley were very pleasant and got me quickly taken care of and on my way! Some people told me to get a battery at Costco, which cost 89.99; however, Valley were very pleasant and got me quickly taken care of and on my way! Some people told me to get a battery at Costco, which cost 89.99; however, I did my due diligence and found out the Costco battery was only good for three years. The battery I was offered at Acura of Spokane has a lifetime guarantee and cost me $189, which included a $10 coupon. Do the math...much wiser to buy at Acura! PLUS Acura installed the battery and washed my car! Can't beat that!! More

Straight forward, no sales pressure, the no haggle price was about five to six hundred dollars below what I found was NADA. Rodney Brown, the sales person who worked with me, was good to work with, he eithe was about five to six hundred dollars below what I found was NADA. Rodney Brown, the sales person who worked with me, was good to work with, he either had or got the answers to my questions. The used Accord I bought was detailed before being given to me. The service department was helpful with a couple of questions i had. My used car came with a warranty. I am happy with my purchase and with my experience at this dealership. I would not hesitate to return again in the future. Another way to put this based, on experiences I’ve had with auto dealerships, is that it was nice to find a dealership that treated me in a straight forward way. More

Reiko (sales) worked with Eric (manager) and James (finance) had everything ready when we arrived. We got there, looked at the car, drove it and SAID OH YES!. Beautiful car. Fell in love with it. Fell in love with the dealership and the three folks we worked with. If you had purchased cars in the past, you have probably had some painful experiences. I know I have. This was so much easier and quicker than standing in line at the Bath and Body Works to pay for your stuff now-a-days. Thank you all for the great service. I'm so happy that when so many other industries are getting worse, you are making your industry stand out.
