I made an appointment for oil change for my Acura RDX with AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. The front desk lady told me the cost was $79.95 for up to 5 quarts synthetic oil. But when I got my oil chang with AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. The front desk lady told me the cost was $79.95 for up to 5 quarts synthetic oil. But when I got my oil changed, the technician told me that the cost would be 89.95, $10 more than it was quoted. I had no choice but paid the invoice. I felt being cheated and very unhappy of what being told was not the actual charge. They should told me upfront the actual charge before I made the appointment. Being not honest had turned me off! More
