Product and value is amazing. 2 complaints: I was charged $2,000 for options I would not have opted for had I been given the chance. And I expected auto/remote engine start with this $55k model but did not get it without signing up for a yearly subscription to AcuraLink or paying after-market price of up to $900 for each key fob with the auto start function. I would have paid for that if it was offered upfront instead of the options I did not want. More
