Have always chosen the dealership for service needs and had great experiences. Over the years Kyle, Seth, and then Wes were awesome to work with. This last visit--without Wes--was good, but not great. B had great experiences. Over the years Kyle, Seth, and then Wes were awesome to work with. This last visit--without Wes--was good, but not great. Bummed they don't store tires anymore. We were less than impressed with the weak nominal interior "detail" and disappointed no exterior wash was available. Will likely return, but this wasn't the top shelf service we have enjoyed before. service was complete and satisfactory, however the labor charges were excessive. For the time spent getting service work done the labor rate calculated out to more than $250 per hour. The explanation was each segment had a set fee schedule. I will have to give consideration to having service/mechanical work done elsewhere. More
