Took my 2021 Acura TLS to AutoNation Acura for routine maintenance and they did a great job. I dropped it off early, they checked the car out and got back to me quickly and completed everything in a time maintenance and they did a great job. Tyler was SO helpful. I came into the dealership not really knowing what I wanted. I kept going back and forth between the RDX and the MDX models. Tyler was extremely patient with me and kept telling me he just wanted me to leave with the car I want and the car that fits me and my family the best. I felt no pressure from Tyler which I LOVED! It actually was one of the reasons I bought my car on the day I did. I do not like going into a dealership feeling pressured into buying a car. I went to a Toyota dealership and felt pressured to buy the most expensive 4 runner on their lot. I thankfully walked away and ended up waiting. Tyler was very personable, easy to talk to and fun!
