I received a loaner that was absolutely filthy. It was not washed or sanitized after the last person used it. There was dog hair all over the place and the wet wipes turned black after cleaning the steeri not washed or sanitized after the last person used it. The call center is not on site and they kept telling me no one at the dealership was acknowledging them. The CS manager said she was going to email the GM and the service manager and neither one called me. The service advisor finally texted me, not called me, on day 3. I am extremely disappointed in my last service there. I’ve bought several cars from this dealership and received multiple services but I don’t think I’ll be going back. It’s unfortunate as it’s the closest Acura dealer to my home. Not sure if management has changed there but the service is just terrible now. More

Service advisor is really unprofessional. Maybe he got trained? like that from owner? first i went to this location at 9:05 am and get a first oil change. Service advisor told me will take 2 hours to be trained? like that from owner? first i went to this location at 9:05 am and get a first oil change. Service advisor told me will take 2 hours to be done because I didn't make a appointment and they need to be done appointment customer first. I said ok I'll wait. I waited 1 hour in waiting room and just need a fresh air , I just went out from waiting room and I saw my car was parked out side?? I thought my car just parked so I just went back to waiting room and wait another 1 hour and service advisor called me and my car's ready. funny thing is that my car's already done and just they just waited another 1 hour and called me and car's ready. I don't know why they made me waited another 1 hour in no reason. One last thing that I open the door and still take out the piece of paper cover in floor and plastic cover the seats , they don't even car washed even included the service. More

My review is for the Service department. This was my second service, at Autonation Acura. I would say that it's by far better than Nissani Brothers Acura, which is no longer. It's the best places to have your car serviced I've found, starting with making an appointment to actually waiting for my car. Kelly took care of me right a way and was very professional and personal. He makes you feel very welcomed and gives that extra personal touch to the experience. The offered access to their shuttle service, and there's the convenience of eateries and shopping just across the street. All in all, it was a good experience easy and pleasant. More
