South Bay Acura is my favorite dealer and service shop. I bought an Acura MDX when it first came out satisfactory. Trade it in for new model in 2014. I still have my 2016 MDX, fully serviced at Torrance Sout bought an Acura MDX when it first came out satisfactory. Trade it in for new model in 2014. Oil service via warranty agreement. Service fine, car wash done. Issue was the website appointment set-up. Used to be able to self-select- day, time slot and what servie needed. I had to tow my ILX to Acura, 3 weeks ago due to a major problem. Lucky me my car was assigned to Kelly Gilbertson, I met him 5 years ago at my first oil change and I was impressed by his professionalism an problem.
