South Bay Acura is my favorite dealer and service shop. I bought an Acura MDX when it first came out satisfactory. Trade it in for new model in 2014. I still have my 2016 MDX, fully serviced at Torrance Sout bought an Acura MDX when it first came out satisfactory. Trade it in for new model in 2014. I still have my 2016 MDX, fully serviced at Torrance South Bay. My last service was last Oct 18 2021. I received an excellent services timely. Steve was very helpful and professional. More
Oil service via warranty agreement. Service fine, car wash done. Issue was the website appointment set-up. Used to be able to self-select- day, time slot and what servie needed. Had to work through me wash done. Issue was the website appointment set-up. Used to be able to self-select- day, time slot and what servie needed. Had to work through messaging... not efficient and choice needs to be customer's, NOT left up to what is being offered by the dealership. Not happy with that aspect of South Bay Acura. More

Our dealership on Crenshaw Blvd is very close by and they have a wonderful team to take care of my Acura. I had to tow my ILX to Acura, 3 weeks ago due to a major problem. Lucky me my car was assigned to Kelly Gilbertson, I met him 5 years ago at my first oil change and I was impressed by his professionalism an problem. Lucky me my car was assigned to Kelly Gilbertson, I met him 5 years ago at my first oil change and I was impressed by his professionalism and kind reply to my questions. Took 3 weeks to fix the car, he managed to accommodate me with a loaner and kept me up to date with my car situation. I felt cared for. Kelly is a remarkable person, Acura should use him as an example of great service to customers. I will definitely bring my car at South Bay when needed. More
