Went to dealership Acura South Bay to have service done kept me there all . Never received any work. They allowed the mechanic that was supposedly working on my Acura go home his shift had ended. Meantime kept me there all . Never received any work. They allowed the mechanic that was supposedly working on my Acura go home his shift had ended. Meantime I'm thinking it will be 1/2hr to get my oil change. I'm thinking my car is being worked on. the next technician states I have an oversized bolt on my oil pan and claims he could not do my oil change if he was unable to place it back on I will need to purchase an oil pan they quoted over 2500.00. Smdh On top of that I'm unsure if my tires ever was rotated like I had asked, even though they did not charge me for it I left there not ever want to go back!!! I Went right on the next day and had my oil changed and brakes done. they did it with no problem I am just disappointed in myself for going that Monday when people are lazy to work and scam you. I even heard one of the guys quote a price over the telephone to someone that it will be 5250.00 to complete the work today when their technician were already going home. I went in the Morning left after 5pm with NO WORK DONE! Every women is not stupid about their car. God help them! More
