Acura South Bay is my go to for servicing my 23 TLX. I typically only go on Saturdays due to my work schedule so they’re typically very busy however, the service department goes above and beyond to keep I typically only go on Saturdays due to my work schedule so they’re typically very busy however, the service department goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I’ve dealt with 3 service advisors named Kelly, Gabby from my most recent visit, and I forget the name of the other gentlemen who helped me, but all were very professional and transparent and offered great service. Visits for servicing at the dealer are never super quick, but this dealership has always provided a positive experience. More

Kelley was very kind and made my bad day a lot better. (Had a tooth crown installed and broke my taillight while parking) He explained everything well and demonstrated his pride in the work he does. It was very nice to meet a positive, professional person, especially when I was having trouble. Really brightened my day. Thank you! The service center also saved me two other errands by offering an oil change and car wash at the same time the service was completed. More
