Good experience, as usual. Steve helped me this time and he was very helpful. One particular concern, there used to be more available appointments and earlier in the day. Also when I came in, there was a bit of a backlog for the check-in. It worked itself out pretty quickly, but it was puts a bit more pressure on the . I know it was pre-COVID, but there used to be some help with the check-in. It never will be completely perfect, but I would be concerned about burning out your service advisors. More
