As I pulled into the service bay my service advisor, Steve, was already out the door to greet me. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We completed the paperwork and he informed me that the service would take about 90 minutes. Later he came into the customer lounge and told me it would be just 10 more minutes. That translated into less than the 90 minutes he told me it would take. We completed the paperwork and I walked out to my car that had also been washed. Great experience. Thanks Steve. We could not complete the repair because of the rain.
