We just purchased our SIXTH Acura and so excited to FINALLY have our new TLX Type S red sport car…we made the decision back in February, put a deposit in May, placed the order in June and FINALLY deliv FINALLY have our new TLX Type S red sport car…we made the decision back in February, put a deposit in May, placed the order in June and FINALLY delivered November 2nd….it was frustrating waiting 6 months since the deposit but the general manager and sales associate were extremely patient with me after multiple emails etc MItch Merten (general manager) and Kellie Davis (sales associate) provided updates on the expected due dates which were postponed many times but continued to provide excellent service and patience! Mitch went the extra mile to allow us to “build” our car and Kellie confirmed more than once as to my special requests for accessories! We have been a loyal customer to South Bay and purchased our FIRST MDX (special order in 2000) and now the first of the Type S 2021 (special order) we purchased 5 of the 6 cars from SB! We have worked with Steve Ravaglia for many years and always receive the best service! He deserves 5 stars plus for excellence! He took care of all the accessories to be ready when we picked up the car…he booked us that same week to apply to permanent plate protection and windshield protection! Very knowledgeable and courteous every visit! The financial portion of that day took much longer then the usual drawn out process. Never can comprehend why it takes soooo long (“painfully slow” LOL). There was one customer ahead of us so they suggested we leave to get some food, we had been there over 2 hours already and getting hungry (dinner time). We came back within an hour and still dragged on and finally left the dealer after 8pm. The computer program for the finances apparently were running slower than normal. We were there for over 5 hours, I went back the next day to review the instructions with Kellie and she was very patient with me and very knowledgeable! More
