Kelly did a great job in working with me of my first oil service for a 2022 MDX. He did a great job in really looking into the needs of the vehicle as the vehicle had a nail in the tread of the tire. He went ahead and did a proper check before sending it in for servicing. Kelly was very communicative with addressing prior issues that was with the Sales Team. After getting the vehicle was done being serviced, the prior issues that were to be addressed with the sales team had some issues and Kelly did a great job in being highly communicative and professional with the issues. Bottom line - Overall service team and especially Kelly's persistent communication during the time of service and after service was highly professional. I felt comfortable as he had performed measures as if it was his own car. It is truly difficult to find a service associate like Kelly and who took the time to explain and be thorough of what was being done to the car. It made my first time owning an Acura much better than dealing with the sales team. 5 stars for customer service with Service Team. Cons - No cons against service team but sales team not meeting requirements and not being organized for valuing a new Acura customer. Sales team was to address floor mats and accessories after purchasing new vehicle, however was not appelled of these items. This issue is still being addressed as items have not been fulfilled by sales team. More
