If I could give more then 5 stars to Kelly Gilbertson, I would. He is very honest, caring and very knowledgeable about Acura cars. I was tol it would take 1 hour 45 minutes to change my oil and fill my windshield wiper fluid. So I decided to wait. 3 hours later I started to complain. Finally my car was ready but they didn’t vacuum be oil and fill my windshield wiper fluid. So I decided to wait. 3 hours later I started to complain. Finally my car was ready but they didn’t vacuum because they had some electrical problem. Everyone was polite but I live in Manhattan Beach so I usually wait for oil changes. I may need to lease a car closer to home in the future. More
