When i first i arrived, the sales rep. I only stay and buy the suv because it was a good deal. I believe that if you have variety of vehicles you should know something about the vehicles so the clients dont get turn off about it, that wasn't a good experience with your sales rep. More
This was the first visit taking my recently purchased 2006 MDX for a dealer-required recall fix. I called to make an appointment for the recall and they quickly told me that the part would need to be ord 2006 MDX for a dealer-required recall fix. I called to make an appointment for the recall and they quickly told me that the part would need to be ordered and they gave me the first available appointment for when the recalled part would arrive. They were quick over the phone and clear with email confirmation. Despite the very busy day and onslaught of incoming cars on the day of the service, Kelly made the experience assuring and thorough and I felt he loved his job given his background as a mechanic and took utmost care to ensure we knew the vehicle would be taken care of. Given that the car was a recent purchase with only a Carfax report to go on, I was very happy with the complimentary multi-point inspection and cleaning. The longer wait time was expected given the amount of cars that had to be done, but Kelly was very honest about that and gave me his direct number should I have any questions. He also was just very friendly and easy to talk to and by the end of the service, I felt assured driving my car off the lot knowing all necessary safety checks had been done, and with an itemized list of what additional work needed to be done. Kelly was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the tear and make of the car and gave me his direct line for booking my next appointment in my own time. Great experience overall! More

When I got to the dealership I ended up preferring a similar one with a different interior, which he accommodated no problem same deal. After we already agreed on a price, he searched his computer asked me a few questions and found a manufacturer rebate I qualified for knocking another $750 off our deal! When the paperwork was completed, he sat in the car with me for 20 minutes and succinctly went over all the different features and buttons. Helped me customize all the many settings to my preference. Other employees at the dealership were conscientious, and seemed happy. Although it's not the closest to my residence, if I find myself in the market for a new Acura again, I will begin my search here. More
