Omid is an exceptional car dealer. Smart, detail-oriented, efficient, upfront, fair, and chill. After I clicked interest in a vehicle online and began texting with Omid, he responded Smart, detail-oriented, efficient, upfront, fair, and chill. After I clicked interest in a vehicle online and began texting with Omid, he responded to all my questions quickly and directly. No bs, no pressure, no false promises. Sent great pictures. When I got to the dealership I ended up preferring a similar one with a different interior, which he accommodated no problem same deal. After we already agreed on a price, he searched his computer asked me a few questions and found a manufacturer rebate I qualified for knocking another $750 off our deal! When the paperwork was completed, he sat in the car with me for 20 minutes and succinctly went over all the different features and buttons. Helped me customize all the many settings to my preference. Other employees at the dealership were conscientious, and seemed happy. Although it's not the closest to my residence, if I find myself in the market for a new Acura again, I will begin my search here. More
