Kelly Gilbertson is one of the excellent Professional Advisor in the Service Dept. We have an older model RDX and Kelly walked through many of the needed repairs that need to be done to keep the SUV on Advisor in the Service Dept. We have an older model RDX and Kelly walked through many of the needed repairs that need to be done to keep the SUV on the road. After 200K+ miles we knew there was somethings that were due for replacement and additional maintenance that needed to be done. South Bay Power/AutoNation Technician took great care with examining and analyzing the many neglected issues that commonly plague older vehicles. Kelly took care with main issues and explained the overdue maintenance that was needed. Finding parts took a bit however the dealership was very helpful with providing excellent service all parts provided/installed were OEM to keep this RDX in as original shape as possible. Kelly's Follow up and diligence thought out the Service allowed us to get the SUV back on the road ahead of schedule. The technicians are the 5 star however Kelly is what make the star color full and adds a sparkle to the Service Dept. More
