We brought in our 2012 TL because we were experiencing loud ticking noises from our engine and because our dashboard notifications were alerting us every few minutes. The autonation team informed us there loud ticking noises from our engine and because our dashboard notifications were alerting us every few minutes. The autonation team informed us there was an engine recall for our car (for burning oil) and even though we were a few years and many miles over the limit, were able to build a case (after completing an oil consumption test) to have Acura cover 40% of the cost to have a new engine installed. We are thankful to the team and appreciate Jack (former manager), Kelly and Gabby for their help and attention. Gabby in particular was very responsive and kept us in the loop on the status of our cars progress. It was nice seeing a woman in this role and put me at ease, knowing that often women get taken advantage of when it comes to anything car related. Thank you Jack for submitting our claim and for Gabby to get us through the process! Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the whole process took 2 months to complete. More

Terrible service. Took my car there 4 times, still cannot pinpoint the problem(s). Assistant manager was the only person working there with no assistance.
