I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with your financial advisor, Mr. Phong, during the leasing process of my new electric car. Unfortunately, I found Mr. Phong's behavior to be quite unprofessional and it left me feeling frustrated as a customer. Specifically, I was taken aback by some of the derogatory questions he asked and the unpleasant language he used. For instance, he inquired if I would like to have the car's oil changed, despite the fact that electric cars do not require oil changes. This demonstrated a lack of understanding of the product he was discussing. Additionally, Mr. Phong made a casual joke about requiring a security deposit, even though there was no deposit needed for my lease. This kind of humor felt inappropriate and misleading, and it contributed to my overall dissatisfaction with the interaction. I believe that a financial advisor should provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a professional demeanor. I hope that my feedback can help improve the experience for future customers. I would recommend this dealership because of the sales rep, Mr. Marseilli Gent is very straight and honest. More
