Absolutely wonderful. I left another Acura because of their incompetence. These guys did everything I asked and didn’t try to UPSALE me services I didn’t need:) After 4 yr I left another Acura because of their incompetence. i wasn’t going to do this. . but in the end my hand was pushed.. i will still continue to bring my vehicle to the dealership and i’m even looking at purchasing another acura in . but in the end my hand was pushed.. i will still continue to bring my vehicle to the dealership and i’m even looking at purchasing another acura in the near future and will probably buy it from here.. for one reason. Noe Perez is an asset to this company and provides exemplary service that just can’t be found elsewhere anymore. He used to be in service but is now in parts.. but even so he has managed to always make my time and money spent here more than worth my while.. This dealership isn’t close to me and i could just as easily goto 2 other places that are more convenient.. but i choose to come here. even after Noe went to parts he recently set me up with a different advisor, Steven Wilson who has carried on that service that i so appreciated.. now, my gripe is this.. everyone’s trying to make ends meet.. i drive a lot because i work a good distance away from home and recently decided to take care of numerous items on my vehicle.. i was given a loaner which was an acura from the dealer that i was told didn’t have any supplemental insurance.. previously i had been given an enterprise vehicle which always offers and i always accept. i have liability because my car is older so anything that happens is out of pocket. the second day of having the vehicle i was driving on the highway and caught a rock to the windshield and cracked it. normally the supplemental insurance would’ve covered this.. i let steven know so that it could be addressed readily prior or by the time i returned it..upon returning the vehicle to the dealership i paid for services which was a pretty good chunk of money.. after steven showed the crack to the service manager he said he was sorry this happened and that they would put together a quote so i could pay it off then and be done with it.. the quote was for $1700.. i asked if there was anything they could do since this was a dealer car not my own and he said they couldn’t discount labor and he did what he could for the windshield which cost $900 on its own from what i was told.. i reluctantly paid the $1700 and left.. at this point i had resigned myself to the situation and moved on. then today Noe reached out to me to ask how my car was and i told him it felt brand new and i was very happy with the service.. i also mentioned my windshield issue and requested that next time i would prefer to have an enterprise instead of an acura loaner because of the supplemental insurance.. he was very sympathetic to my issue and i told him it is what it is.. now here’s the reason for the 1 star.. i was ok with it all i had paid my bills and let it wash.. and then.. i received a phone call and i noticed it from acura.. i was thinking it was steven or noe checking on how the car felt and i was at work and decided to answer.. instead, it was the service manager.. he said.. “i spoke to the GM and was told to call you…..” already a poor way of starting out.. i told him that i would prefer enterprise next time and immediately he said our policies have changed and that can’t be done.. so then i mentioned some kind of supplemental insurance for their loaners and again.. NO.. so i told him.. why did you call me? it’s obviously not to help cause you haven’t offered me a $1700 refund.. and everything i’ve requested as a solve for future interactions has been shot down.. it was like ripping the scab off a wound and letting the blood flow all over again.. he literally just made it worse in every way he possibly could.. he kept trying minimize the damage which was just insulting.. so i told him.. all you’ve done is made this worse than it already was.. i said i was done talking to him and unless he’s calling to give me a $1700 refund i want nothing more to do with him and that i hope he had a wonderful day and i said goodbye and hung up. so to the general manager.. i hope your service manager has better bedside manner when it comes to the next customer he encounters More
