After taking my TLX to my longtime Acura Service Dealer and being told that they could not find an issue with my car and the noise I’m hearing in the cabin is normal. Kelly stood beside me every step of the way, like an Attorney at Law. With Kelly’s assistance, I was able to demonstrate the issue to the Master Mechanic (Caesar) and he was able to determine the fix in less than a day!
