I came in for an A13 service of my MDX. My service advisor, Nathan, was excellent. Knowledgeable and very professional and comfortable to work with. My 2004 Acura needed a great deal of work to get back to reliable. I was on the fence as to whether to buy a new car or fix my RSX-S. Torrance was closest dealership service, since closer one closed. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable & made me & my car feel cared for from the moment I walked in. Left my car there, knowing it was in good hands. Great follow-up, letting me know exactly what needed to be done, without being pushy. After detailed assessment & recommendations, I decided to have repairs done. Stuck with estimates as to cost & timeline. Picked up my car, right on schedule. And it's now running like a dream -- thanks to Nathan & everyone in the service department! More
