Extremely disappointed by how unprofessional the manager and sales rep are at this place. We inquired about a car listed (showing online for 27 days). We were told its there. Asked few questions about it and the call was over. A bit later the manager calls and sends a text asking how he can help and wanting to know when we can come see the car and gain our business. Seems like really he knew what the crap he was talking about. Their dealership is an hour and 20 mins drive away. I told him that we are far and will come the following day (at a set time). he said will make it easy and not waste our time. We made it next day on time. waited 20 mins for them to come and say the car is NOT READY. its at another location and not ready for showing. Huge disappointment and not even sorry beyond saying: mistakes happen, human error. Before nagging people to come to your dealership that has 10 cars on the lot, make sure your inventory is accurate. They had 24 hours to go check if its there and lets us know at least. He was communicating by phone and text. But why would mr. angel or whatever he calls himself bother checking his inventory. dont beg push people to show up until you learn how to be professional. More

My service manager (Steve) is ALWAYS excellent and caring. He seems to be "running" all the time because I'm sure the majority of the public ask for him. Please let him know he is appreciated! The bad thing is the lack of information and communication when making the appointment over the phone. No one told me the service dept. was at another location, and no one warned that the service wait is at least double the time. More
