Gabby did a great job getting the switches on my steering wheel working. I am giving her 3 stars. I reduced by 2 stars because the dealership makes it’s very difficult to fix electrical issues. But because it’s an intermittent problem that wasn’t seen by mechanics, you guys won’t fix it. So I have to live with an electrical short for the life of the car because you guys refused to fix the problem while it was under warranty. Also, I had to drive back and forth around 4x because the part he to be ordered and then had a problem. It took about 30 min each way. Why wasn’t I given a car? Lexus always have me a car. Is Acura not a luxury car like Lexus? That is not good customer service. More
I spent over 5K on my car, then got my car back with 2 indicator lights on, and was told that I now need to pay nearly 2K in additional repairs…AFTER I get my car back!
