My 2004 Acura needed a great deal of work to get back to reliable. I was on the fence as to whether to buy a new car or fix my RSX-S. Torrance was closest dealership service, since closer one closed. Great follow-up, letting me know exactly what needed to be done, without being pushy. After detailed assessment & recommendations, I decided to have repairs done. Stuck with estimates as to cost & timeline. Picked up my car, right on schedule. And it's now running like a dream -- thanks to Nathan & everyone in the service department! More

I’ve been coming to this dealership for service for a few years now and the service is always friendly and efficient. On this trip Steve came out to greet me by name as I was getting out of the car. Sometimes the staff is occupied with other clients but it was a nice touch that he came out to greet before I walked in. Like all previous visits, they kept me informed of the progress and sent a link to photos with status updates on the items being inspected while the car was being worked on.
