I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 4 years and my most recent experience over Labor Day weekend was just as good as the first. Since I exchanged a lot of correspondences with them via email prior to heading into the dealer, the purchasing process was smooth, quick and relaxed without any pressure whatsoever. I'm also having some accessories installed by the service department and the team there has always been a true pleasure to work with. Kelly, Steve and Tony are always on top of their game and treat me as if I'm their only customer. Plus, I appreciate the complimentary car wash they provide with every service. It's not a quick and dirty type wash I've experienced at other dealers, but almost a mid-level detail. Brian really surprised me. As a current Acura owner, I went in to the dealership in Torrance just to see what was available in a small SUV. Brian seemed to actually accept that I was still in the looking stage and did not put on that, "You need to buy right now, or you will lose a deal," speech. Instead he talked to me about the car, its advantages, and how, as a second Acura owner, they could take a good trade in on my current car. Before I knew it, I had purchased my car...and actually felt GOOD about it. Power Acura has always been a dealership where I feel comfortable. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. I've done this on my own, but each experience has left me with the feeling that I have made a good and informed decision. I recently moved to northern California. I know I will not find the same kind of professionalism up here at the local Acura dealer, so it is just possible that I will be making my maintenance trips back down to Torrance.
