We recently purchased an Aucra RDX from Power Acura South Bay and were very pleased with the whole process. I am from San Diego and I went up to Acura South Bay because I was not happy with any of the sales people in all 4 San Diego locations. Since I exchanged a lot of correspondences with them via email prior to heading into the dealer, the purchasing process was smooth, quick and relaxed without any pressure whatsoever. I'm also having some accessories installed by the service department and the team there has always been a true pleasure to work with. Kelly, Steve and Tony are always on top of their game and treat me as if I'm their only customer. Plus, I appreciate the complimentary car wash they provide with every service. It's not a quick and dirty type wash I've experienced at other dealers, but almost a mid-level detail.
