We could not complete the repair because of the rain. Not a pleasant experience for this visit. Service advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot a advisor neglected to notify me in the lounge area when SUV will be ready in about 1.5 hours. After a 3-hour period, I purposely went to parking lot and noticed vehicle servicing was completed . Service advisor noticed my annoyance of having wait an extra 1.5 hours and he delivered paperwork to the cashier without talking to me about condition of tires/recommended next service. The cashier had to explained them, which is very unusual. Service advisor knew exactly what he did to earn my less than satisfaction experience. More
