Well where do I start this is for the service department . I have been a loyal Acura owner since 2013. I have a 2013 Acura Tl . First my car broke down had the vehicle towed all the way to Auto Nation Acura . I have been a loyal Acura owner since 2013. I have a 2013 Acura Tl . First my car broke down had the vehicle towed all the way to Auto Nation Acura South Bay almost 2 hours on freeway in a tow truck I have pics . Power steering went out Acura replaced a part under warranty which is a known problem with my year and model of vehicle. They were great gave me a loaner . Had the vehicle a couple of days..said the replaced a part did not receive paperwork. Again , another time power steering went out car again, vehicle didn't feel right . They said the part was faulty had to order another one ok great they gave me a loaner. 2nd time mind u . replaced under warranty again... Gabby went out of her way yes 1st time . 2nd time Kelly long time employee helped me after Gabby didn't respond to me (maybe because she felt I was bothering her) I had asked to speak to service manager and get his information which I never had received .. I needed help. I baby sit my nephews and niece and wasn't chancing putting kiddos in car with power steering issues . Part was replaced They said , no paperwork again til this day , I have had no paperwork of the work that was supposedly done did they really do anything . I have a text message stating the part was replaced .Did they lie ? Who do I trust ? . 3rd time power steering light went on again. Went to another Acura dealer . They replaced a part to deal with power steering . Great. We'll here I am again and power steering light is on . I got stuck on the freeway , the steering wheel locked up light went on had to coast the vehicle to the shoulder of the freeway scared , tow truck driver said this car is unsafe and should not be on the road .... vehicle is unsafe to drive the steering is awful and no one from Acura will call me back reg this death trap I am driving. ( I have no choice but to drive it til i get killed ) I have no other car. When I call autonation, Kelly basically told me go rent a car. We don't provide loaners. I work 6 days a week and I can only drop my car off after hours like I have done before with auto nation. I had no problems with dropping off with sales department providing they give me a loaner . This car can kill someone if I get in an accident . I can't put kids in the car . I have called numerous times and did my part nobody will respond . But , they want me to spend money on a rear main seal. I have pics power steering light on now and another light as well . I just want my car fixed . I have called Acua customer service and emailed them .no response .I call every day and still no response.... I guess I need a lawyer ? . Did they really replace the power steering box as they said. Can I trust this dealer? SERVICE DEPARTMENT employees did they mislead me ? This vehicle is getting worse everyday. Any thoughts. I would not trust the service department . Til this day I can't put kids in car im to scared I will get in an accident .Who can I trust ??????????? More
Excellent service all around! Kelly is always so thorough, helpful, courteous and kind. Service and repairs on the car were excellent. I can really tell the difference. The Service Manager was also very helpful and courteous. Acura Torrance service team has always been great! And Kelly always goes above and beyond to keep me informed and keep my car in great condition. Thank you!!! More
