Did a one pay lease with Jordan from Acura South Bay and it was a streamlined process. The haggling was done over the phone and there wasn't any games once I arrived there. I was dreading this car service appointment today. However, I was greeted by Gaby who not only took the time to listen to me, she provided clear explanations and helped me to understand my service needs. I came home raving to my husband about how amazing and graceful she was. I could not thank her enough for making my appointment pleasant and seamless. Trust me, the kind of customer service Gaby provides is rare these days. Auto Nation has found a gem with having her on their team.
