Robert Collins was very easy to deal with. He is the reason I traveled over an hour to get to your dealership while there were 5 closer Acura dealers to me. Did a one pay lease with Jordan from Acura South Bay and it was a streamlined process. The haggling was done over the phone and there wasn't any games once I arrived there. I'm a new Acura owner and I've been taking my car to Cerritos Acura for its services. I have not had the best experiences with its service team. My frustration with that team began to make me feel overwhelmed with high anxiety. My husband suggested that I take my car to the Acura dealer in Torrance (Auto Nation). I was dreading this car service appointment today. However, I was greeted by Gaby who not only took the time to listen to me, she provided clear explanations and helped me to understand my service needs. I came home raving to my husband about how amazing and graceful she was. I could not thank her enough for making my appointment pleasant and seamless. Trust me, the kind of customer service Gaby provides is rare these days. Auto Nation has found a gem with having her on their team. My experiences at Cerritos Acura were always overwhelming and stressful. I'm so glad I took the chance brought my car to Auto Nation's Acura in Torrance.
