My major issue is a labor charge of $49.99 identified only as LINE OPCODE TECH TYPE HOURS 9446 CAZM. I have tried both yesterday and today to find out what this is. The last time time I got my oil changed which was March 2, 2021 you recommended that I get several things done that were due. trans fluid, rear diff fluid, front transfer case fluid, engine coolant changed, Cost est. was was $864.96. I went to Handrick Acura in Charlotte, NC and that done for $484.43 on March 26, 2021. Your telephone system is horrible when it comes to handling complaints. I hope that $50.00 labor charge made your bottom line because that is the last $$ you will ever get from me. More

Carolyn is very nice, and very helpful. Efrain took a ride with me. We had to find a noise that was cropping up periodically, and he determined the cause, and for now, we keep an ear out to see if it re ride with me.
